Good morning, the sun is back in our lives and it’s time to wake up from winter hibernation.
If you believe the commercials, you probably woke up with your glowing skin and began the day floating across a blooming chrysanthemum field, with your hair blowing in the wind.
I don’t know about you, but with me … how would you put it… it’s not every day that spring comes around.

Landed in Paris. While I was sitting on the plane waiting for it to enter the terminal, I turned my phone on … like everyone else.
"Nothing exciting has happened in the last few hours," I thought. But the green notification light flickered excitedly and signaled otherwise. On the other side of the screen, a short message from a charming representative of the Céline fashion house –
"Dear Kochavit,
I hope this finds you well.
I am happy to let you know that we have been able to grant you an invitation for the W17 Céline show".
"Amazing!" I thought to myself. While I was crossing continents, someone made an effort to ensure I don’t miss one of the most interesting shows of the French Fashion Week.
Paris Fashion Week began for me with a breakup.
Although breakups always seem like a dramatic and intense experience, this breakup was optimistic and stirred up some curiosity. No, we’re not talking about a breakup from a lover or a sad event, we’re talking about the last fashion show for the creative director of Chloé fashion house, Clare Waight Keller.
Somewhere before all the Purim and International Women's Day celebrations, I flew to Paris Fashion Week. Remember? ;-)
The string of events and experiences, that adorned my days over the last few weeks, was so full on and in such intensity, that I haven’t even had a chance to take a moment and write about the amazing week my Sister and I had in the beautiful City of Lights.
