Today is International Woman's Day. I thought to myself "how this day and femininity in all its glory should be celebrated?" I remember those nights when I entertained the thought of launching a fashion blog and in particular, I remember that empowered feeling that filled me up, since it was up to me to create a magazine that would be used to promote self-love and empowerment. A source of inspiration for us to live our lives as independent, opinionated and successful women.

BLAME IT ON THE WEATHERMAN
The Israeli winter is a bit deceiving, actually it seems to me that this is the only country in the world where you can actually sun bake at the peak of winter and a week later get a chest infection from the freezing cold.
It could just be the Israeli essence – varied and unpredictable, sometimes even extreme and mostly prevents you from staying in your comfort zone. Maybe it's even the essence of creation – One moment the sun is shining, nature blossoms, and the next the sky darkens and you're flooded.
Now, take that minor detail into consideration and try to manage a fashion blog …
VALENTIN(O)E’S
Two days ago was Valentine's Day. Valentines is one of those days that if you didn't prepare for it you will remember it (…or, worst case scenario, you'll be reminded) for a long time.
If you're in a relationship and forgot to buy a bunch of flowers, sweet pralines or reserve a table at a fancy restaurant, going home is under your responsibility! If you're single, going out alone is under your responsibility. I mean, it doesn't really matter what your relationship status is, the grass will always look shinier and greener in your neighbor's yard.

FASHION COCKTAIL
I like to finish my day with a good meal or catching up with friends. Shed the seriousness, the weight of responsibility from the tasks and duties and just let myself be me. My days are pretty packed, sometimes my work hours are getting longer and the clock at work shows me twice that it's eight thirty on the same day, which means that I need to pack my bags, get in the car and take a sharp turn into a totally different parallel reality. Remind me where Ms.Parton works?! "Nine to Five" Sounds like an amazing working day to me! Calling Dolly – it's time to put out a new updated version of your song! Seven is totally the new five ;- )
